Plan correction.
The planning application ‘Red Line’ site plan attached to the agenda reports pack is incorrect. The plan published with the reports pack incorporates land beyond the north-west boundary, not within the application site. A revised plan is attached at appendix A to these updates, which matches the plans submitted in support of the planning application.

One further letter of representation has been received from a member of the public raising issues already addressed in the committee report.

Additional comments.
Hordle Parish Council set out the following comment: Encroachment: Part of the plan may extend into a neighbour’s property.
Officer Response.
Following review of the plans, Officers cannot see that the proposed development will encroach over neighbouring boundaries.
Hordle Parish Council also comment about future development risk: Potential development of adjacent land could further compromise safety and traffic flow at the Lymington Road/Lymore Lane/Grange Close junction.

Land adjacent to the site and outside of the red line boundary falls outside the consideration of this planning application. If an application subsequently comes forward it will be assessed on its own merits.
